Menu Plan Monday May 3, 2010

 

This week, I have a lot of eggs to use, as I got my delivery of 6 dozen from our friends who raise them.  I also recently found a raw milk source (just down the road!), so I am going over there twice a week for fresh milk.  It’s the best milk we’ve ever tasted!  The kids love it and don’t want me to EVER buy pasteurized milk again.  Okay then!  You got it. 

 

My goal this week is to get our starts into bigger pots and maybe work on homemade breadmaking.  Here’s my menu plan for this week:

Sunday:

Banana Bread, Apple Bread, Yogurt/Milk

Ate Out

PBJs

 

Monday:

Apple Bread, Peanut Butter Bread, Kefir Smoothies

Quesadillas

Pesto Pasta Casserole (winging it)

 

Tuesday:

Omelets & Toast

Egg Salad Sandwiches

Sloppy Joes

  

Wednesday:

Kefir Smoothies, Applesauce Coffeecake

Huge Taco Salad

Enchiladas

 

Thursday:

Hot Cereal with the Works

Grilled Cheese

Crockpot Chicken Thighs, Rice & Veggies

 

Friday:

Pancakes, Milk

Turkey Wraps

Stromboli & Caesar Salad

 

Saturday:

Smoothies, Gingerbread Muffins

Turkey Sandwiches

Crockpot Chili, Chips & Cheese

 

 

Snacks on Hand: popcorn, carrots, celery, apples, cheese and crackers, hard boiled eggs
