Meal Plan Monday

Monday: Meatloaf, Leftover Green Beans, Baked Potatoes

Tuesday: Clam Chowder (use leftover potatoes from Monday), Bread, Fruit Salad

Wednesday: Swedish Meatballs (kept warm in crockpot), Whole Wheat Noodles, Fruit Salad

Thursday: Refried Bean Enchilada Casserole, Mexican Slaw

Friday: Pizza, 2 Large

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Who knows?

We have a doctor’s appointment New Years Eve afternoon, so I needed something I could prepare ahead and keep warm.  Friday night we have our Homegroup this week, and I am thinking about bringing homemade pizzas if that works for our host.
