I am going to start trying to post my meal plans on Mondays. We’ll see if I keep it up, but I thought it would be a good way to keep me accountable. I’ve seen many cooking blogs do this regularly.
So for this week, here’s what I have planned:
Monday: Lentil Stew, Corn Bread & Coleslaw (Cooking in crockpot and freezing at least two other portions of Lentil Stew for later.) To do: Take out chicken for tomorrow. Make Pear Pies for Home Group & Freezer.
Tuesday: Baked Chicken, Baked Potato & Coleslaw To do: Make 2 breakfast casseroles for Freezer.
Wednesday: Frozen Ravioli cooked ahead and kept warm in crockpot with jarred sauce. Tossed Salad & Sourdough Bread (Dr. Apt late PM)
Thursday: Clam Chowder, Fruit Salad, Tossed Salad & Sourdough Bread To do: Make enough Fruit Salad for Friday breakfast. Make Biscotti.
Friday: Homemade Pizza (Dinner Guests -make 3) To do: Make extra pizza crusts for Freezer -make 6 total.
Saturday: Black Bean Soup in Crockpot -make extra for Freezer, Corn Chips & Mexican Salad To do: Coffee Cakes for Freezer, Cookie Dough for Freezer
Sunday: Home Group Dinner To do: Bring Biscotti to group
